We strive to create an environment in which clients feel welcomed, accepted, and valued. Our goal is to provide integrated help by working collaboratively with physicians, schools, day care providers, employers, and other public agencies to eliminate the problems and barriers that prevent our clients from having happier, more productive lives.   Staff Qualification: All staff providing direct clinical services have Masters Degrees (and, where eligible are licensed by the State of Massachusetts in their area of specialty). The clinical staff includes licensed social workers, mental health counselors, substance abuse specialists, nurses, and psychiatrists. This site is licensed as an outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment facility by the Department of Public Health.   Fees: H.E.S. is able to accept most third party insurance and through Addison Gilbert Hospital, will facilitate applications for Medicaid when appropriate. Through contracts with The Department of Public Health we are also able to provide some limited reduced fee care for clients who are seeking treatment for substance abuse and who have no health insurance.   Hours: The site is open from 8a.m. to 8p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8a.m. to 6p.m. on Friday. All initial assessments are conducted on site.
