Exceptions to this closed referral are Private Pay (self-referral) consumer services and Foundation Grant consumer services (referrals received from community agencies - subject to income/geographic restrictions and availability of slots).   FUNDING SOURCE Direct Reimbursement for Hour of Service provided.
