This short-term transitional program serves a diverse range of clients with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, clients develop skills for independent living, with the goal of transitioning back into the community at a stable and more independent functioning level. Emphasis is placed on the use of supportive services, community-based resources and family supports to assist in this transitional growth process. Clients participate in day treatment programs, work in the community and attend on-site DBT and AA meetings.
