We create this opportunity through the use of outdoor experiential activities. These activities are designed to challenge groups and individuals by engaging them in problem solving situations, and by asking them to take personal risks. By reflecting carefully upon the activity or experience, our clients are able to get a picture of themselves not easily obtained through traditional counseling or training.   We at North Star Adventure feel that accessing an individual's inner direction or a group's internal behavior is most effectively accomplished by engaging participants in an exciting, interactive experience.
