Your liaison, Judith Boardman, is a registered nurse and certified clinical specialist in psychiatric nursing. Ms. Boardman has over 30 years experience in mental health and substance abuse services. Familiar with many North Shore employers through provision of Employee Assistance Programming, Ms. Boardman has been with HES since 1978.

Background and Experience
An affiliate of Northeast Health System, Health & Education Services, Inc. (HES) is a private, nonprofit, comprehensive, community-based, behavioral health network. Incorporated since 1970, we offer a continuum of mental health and substance abuse services to children, families, and adults who live or work in the greater North Shore and lower Merrimack Valley areas.
